ONE by Benske & Co

# Get more leads, run a smoother operation, and fix what holds you back.

Marketing. Sales. Operations. Development.

We find what’s holding your business back and do the work to fix it. One team that owns the outcome, without you managing every move.

What ONE handles

## One team responsible for the result.

Right now, nobody owns whether your business moves forward. The agency runs the campaign. The freelancer builds the page. Connecting it to a result becomes your job. ONE owns that instead, so growth doesn’t stall waiting on a handoff.

- Marketing agency
- Videographer
- CRM subscription
- Social media tools
- Copywriter
- SEO consultant
- Email platform
- Ad platform
- Ops consultant
- Web developer
- Automation tool
- Analytics tool

One team, one bill, one partner who takes it off your plate and handles the outcome you’re looking for.

- Company A
- Company B
- Company C
- Company D

Running more than one business? Each one slots into the same subscription. Work shifts to whichever company needs it most.

What ONE can take on

## Your priorities change.
Your team doesn’t have to.

## What would it cost to buy all this separately?

Pick what your business needs, whether you pay for it today or plan to. We price it the way you would buy it piece by piece, then show the same thing under one plan.

What you actually hand over

## Tell us the outcome. We own the rest.

You are already carrying more than one person should. ONE is not another vendor to brief, chase, and review. Tell us what needs to move, and senior people who have done it before take it from there.

### Senior people, not a queue

The person doing the work has run it before. You are not briefing juniors or editing drafts.

### Judgment, not order-taking

If we think something is a bad idea, we say so, and tell you what we would do instead.

### The result is ours to carry

When something is not working, fixing it is our job, not another decision waiting on you.

Flexibility

## The same team stays. Only the plan changes.

- ### Scale up for a launch

Move from ONE Focus to ONE Full the week before something big ships. Every outcome running until the dust settles, then back down.

- ### Scale down between pushes

Quiet quarter? Drop to ONE Focus. Same team, fewer outcomes running, lower monthly bill.

- ### Pause when you need to

Funding gap, slow season, deep internal work. Pause with no penalty and no clawback.

The plans

## Priced by how many outcomes we drive at once.

Not by task. An outcome is a result we are driving, like more qualified leads or a shorter sales cycle. It might take one piece of work or several, and that call is ours. Every plan has all three categories available; how many outcomes run at once is what changes.

### ONE Focus

$3,500+/mo

One outcome at a time

More leads this month. A tighter sales process next. Whatever is costing you most right now.

- All three categories on call
- 1 outcome at a time
- Quarterly business review
- Software included

[Talk about ONE Focus](https://benske.ca/contact?intent=lets-talk&topic=one-focus)

Most popular

### ONE Core

$6,000+/mo

Two outcomes at once

The sweet spot for most growing businesses. Fix the sales process while lead flow is still being built, instead of one waiting on the other.

- Everything in ONE Focus
- 2 outcomes at once
- Front of the queue
- Faster turnaround

[Talk about ONE Core](https://benske.ca/contact?intent=lets-talk&topic=one-core)

### ONE Full

$8,400+/mo

Three outcomes at once

Three outcomes running at once. Use them across any category, or all in one. More than three, or more than one company, is scoped from here.

- Everything in ONE Core
- 3 outcomes at once
- Express turnaround
- First call on new capacity

Bonus in all plans

## A content engine and a CRM, already yours.

### An AI content platform that makes you the name people trust

A steady stream of content published under your name, built from your positioning and expertise instead of generic prompts, so you become the obvious authority in your industry.

- Publishes on a real, consistent cadence
- Written from your positioning and expertise, not a template
- SEO handled automatically, without being the whole strategy

Replaces: A part-time content writer, or a $2,000+/mo SEO content retainer.

### A full CRM, already built in

Leads, follow-up, and communication in one system, already part of your plan. No separate CRM subscription to buy, learn, or migrate later.

- A textable lead number for instant replies
- Automated follow-up the moment a lead comes in
- Call and text straight from the CRM, no separate phone tool

Replaces: A CRM subscription, a texting tool, and a call system, billed separately.

The ACE Method

## Align. Commit. Evaluate.

Every cycle, typically 12 weeks, or monthly for faster-moving plans, we run the same loop.

1. 01

    ### Align

We diagnose your real constraint, agree the outcomes for this cycle, and name how we will measure each one.

2. 02

    ### Commit

We focus everything on those outcomes. No scope creep, no distractions.

3. 03

    ### Evaluate

We measure what changed, not just what shipped, then plan the next cycle.

4. 04

    ### Repeat

Every 12 weeks for most plans, monthly for faster-moving ones. The fee stays the same.

Why the fee holds

## What happens when an outcome moves to maintenance?

Most vendors charge you the same whether they're building something new or just maintaining it. An ads agency still bills $2,000/mo in month 6 when the campaigns are just being monitored.

ONE works differently. When an outcome shifts from build mode to maintenance mode, we don't pocket the difference. We shift that capacity to your next constraint. Your lead gen is running smoothly? Good. This month we build your pricing structure. Pricing is sorted? We move back to ads, or create video content. The fee stays the same because the value stays the same. You're never paying for idle time.

That's the difference between a vendor and a partner. A vendor bills for their service whether you need it or not. A partner moves to where you need them most.

No lock-ins

## You own your accounts. You own your data.

The only thing you lose if you leave is accumulated rollover work. We win when you succeed, not when you're stuck with us.

ONE Academy

## Already have a team?

Want to own the capability in-house? ONE Academy is a 12-week program where we train your team on Benske playbooks, systems, and tools. You execute. We oversee. Available to anyone.

- Price: $5,000–$10,000, depending on team size and depth
- Ongoing oversight: $1,500–$2,000/mo
- Goal: your team owns the work, we own the platform and outcome

A note from Patrick

## I started by helping businesses get leads.
I stayed to fix what happened next.

I’ve been doing this work since I was 12. I got into design by accident during a cold Manitoba winter, with no friends and a YouTube tab open. I built and sold my first business at 19, and have worked with all kinds of businesses since.

Along the way, I kept running into the same thing.

A business needed leads. We helped bring them in. But more leads exposed the next problem: nobody had a clear process for following up, quoting, or closing the work.

![Photos from Patrick Benske’s early years in business](https://benske.ca/founder/history-photo-patrick.png)

So we worked on sales. Then more jobs started coming in, and delivery became the constraint. The team needed people, better handoffs, and a way to keep work moving without everything going through the owner.

Sometimes that meant fixing a workflow. Sometimes it meant building a custom app because the spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools weren’t doing the job.

The work changed. The goal stayed the same: help the business move forward.

> Your business doesn’t stop at marketing. Neither should the team helping you grow.

That’s why I built ONE. One team that understands the business and can move across marketing, sales, operations, and development as the next problem shows up.

You shouldn’t have to find a new vendor, explain everything again, and manage all the handoffs every time your business needs something different.

When we mess up, I tell you. When something isn’t working, we work through it together. You deserve a team that owns its work and keeps going.

You don’t have to start with a big plan. Start by finding the first thing holding you back. Our free AI business coach is there to help you do that.

Who this is for

## ONE is built for growing businesses that:

- Are tired of searching, onboarding, and educating a new vendor every quarter
- Have constraints that rotate, marketing this quarter, sales next, operations after that
- Need a partner who understands the whole business, not just one channel
- Need custom development but don't want to hire a separate dev shop
- Run multiple companies and want one trusted partner across all of them

Common questions

## Things we get asked.

What if I don't know what my real constraint is?

Start with the free growth diagnostic. In about five minutes, it names the likely bottleneck and gives you a written first step. No ONE plan is required.

How do you decide what to work on?

Quarterly diagnosis. We look at your marketing, sales, ops, and development, and identify where you're actually stuck. Not where you think you're stuck. Where the data says you're stuck.

What if I only need one thing fixed, not a full partner?

Then ONE probably isn't the right fit yet. Look at a single service instead, a website, lead generation, sales systems, whatever the one thing is. Most clients who start there graduate to ONE once they notice the constraint keeps moving.

Is this unlimited work?

No. Each plan covers a set number of outcomes we drive at once. What an outcome takes is our call rather than a fixed task list, so the work flexes. The capacity does not.

What if I need something that's not in the current outcomes?

We reassess quarterly. If it's truly urgent, we can pivot mid-quarter. But the point of ONE is saying no to the noise so we can say yes to the constraint.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalty either direction.

What if I run more than one business?

Each business slots into the same subscription. Work shifts to whichever one needs it most that month, instead of scoping and paying for a separate partner per entity.

Does this replace my in-house team?

No. We plug into what you already have. If you don't have a team yet, we're the team until you do.

We already have a team. Can ONE just guide them?

That's Advisory, not ONE. Same weekly diagnosis and direction, but your team does the execution and it's priced lower since we're not doing the work ourselves. Most Advisory clients move to ONE once the business outgrows what their team can carry.

Who actually does the work?

Patrick leads every ONE partnership personally, with the right specialist brought in for each discipline. You're not handed off after the sale.

What happens if I leave?

You keep your software accounts and your data. The only thing you lose is work still in the queue.

A smaller starting point

## Need one specific thing fixed?

Start with a website, lead generation, sales systems, automation, research, or another focused project.
