A note from Patrick
I started by helping businesses get leads.
I stayed to fix what happened next.
I’ve been doing this work since I was 12. I got into design by accident during a cold Manitoba winter, with no friends and a YouTube tab open. I built and sold my first business at 19, and have worked with all kinds of businesses since.
Along the way, I kept running into the same thing.
A business needed leads. We helped bring them in. But more leads exposed the next problem: nobody had a clear process for following up, quoting, or closing the work.
So we worked on sales. Then more jobs started coming in, and delivery became the problem. The team needed people, better handoffs, and a way to keep work moving without everything going through the owner.
Sometimes that meant fixing a workflow. Sometimes it meant building a custom app because the spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools weren’t doing the job.
The work changed. The goal stayed the same: help the business move forward in a way that lasts.
Your business doesn’t stop at marketing. Neither should the team helping you grow.
That’s why I built ONE. One team that understands the business and can move across marketing, sales, operations, and development as the next problem shows up. We work from biblical principles for how we build, how we treat people, and how we sell: foundations first, honest work, revenue that serves the mission.
