The short version
We don’t sell your data. We don’t run surprise nurture campaigns. We collect the minimum information needed to do the work and respond to you. One person reads every form submission — usually Patrick.
What we collect
- Form submissions. Name, email, business URL, and the answers you give to our intake or diagnostic questions. We use this to respond to you and, if you engage us, to do the work.
- Email correspondence. Stored in our email provider (Resend) and in the email client we use to reply.
- Anonymous analytics. Aggregate visitor patterns via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no fingerprinting.
- Geographic signal. Country/region inferred from IP at the edge for location-aware copy. Not stored, not linked to identity.
What we don’t collect
- Tracking cookies set by us.
- Cross-site identifiers, fingerprints, or third-party ad pixels.
- Any data we don’t need to do the work.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and email threads are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for up to two years after, for legal and continuity purposes. Diagnostic results expire 30 days after capture and are deleted after that. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your information. We share data only with the tools we use to run the business — Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), our CRM — and only the data those tools need to do their job. We don’t share with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@benske.ca. We’ll respond within 14 days.
Compliance
We operate under PIPEDA (Canada), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU) where applicable. We don’t run automated decisioning, profiling, or AI training on your personal data.
Updates to this policy
We’ll update this page if anything material changes and note the date at the top. We won’t silently expand what we do with your data.
