A Note From Our Founder
I’ve been in this industry since I was 12. Long before the “make money online” era made everyone a guru.
I got into it by accident. When my family moved from Germany to Canada, I was 10 years old, bored out of my mind, no friends, stuck inside through those cold Manitoba winters. So I went on YouTube. Found a channel showcasing graphic design skills and I was hooked from that moment.
Graphic design turned into web design. Web design turned into marketing. Marketing turned into building businesses. I built and sold my first one at 19. Got married at 20. Now have three kids and have worked with just about every type of business that exists.
I don’t say that to impress you. I say it so you know I was in the game before it got flooded with people chasing quick money.
Here’s what I’ve learned after all of it.
Growth is rarely just a marketing problem. It’s a systems problem. A clarity problem. An execution problem.
That’s why we built Benske & Co. the way we did. Not as an agency. Not as a consulting firm. As a team that can move across the full picture — marketing, operations, systems, AI, product development, and strategy — because that’s what businesses actually need.
Over the years I’ve learned how to:
- Build marketing systems that bring in consistent, qualified leads
- Clean up operations so the business stops depending on one person
- Design sales processes that close better without pressure
- Build and launch digital products that solve real problems
- Implement AI and automation that actually saves time
- Identify the real bottleneck holding a business back
- Help founders go from idea to launched product
- Build things that work without the founder in every room
This industry moves fast. I’ve watched trends explode, burn out, and get replaced by the next big thing. The ones that stuck, I leaned into early. The ones that didn’t, I left alone. That pattern recognition matters now more than ever.
AI is the clearest example. Businesses are being told they need it, but most don’t know where to start or who to trust.
We’ve been building with it, testing it, and applying it to real business problems. Not because it’s trendy, but because it genuinely changes what’s possible when it’s used right.
The businesses that adapt quickly are the ones that stay ahead. That’s been true through every shift I’ve seen. We help you do that.
I don’t have it all figured out. We make mistakes. We’re growing. But when we get something wrong, I tell you. When something isn’t working, we change it together. That’s what partnership looks like.
The businesses I respect most are not built on hype. They’re built on good work, honest communication, and a genuine desire to help people get somewhere better.
That’s what we’re building at Benske & Co.
If that sounds like the kind of partner you’ve been looking for, let’s talk.
