A note from our founder
A letter from Patrick.
I’ve been doing this work since I was 12. Got into design by accident in a cold Manitoba winter with no friends and a YouTube tab open. Built and sold my first business at 19. Worked with every kind of business since.
I don’t lead with that to brag. I lead with it because too many marketers overpromise and underdeliver, and business owners stopped trusting the word “marketer.” Fair enough.
Here’s what’s different.
When we mess up, I tell you. When something isn’t working, we change the plan together. That’s the deal.
Business owners aren’t looking for perfection. They’re looking for people who own their work, keep making progress, admit when they were wrong, and keep going. That’s what we try to be.
