The symptom
You have an idea. You’ve been chewing on it for months. Every developer you’ve talked to either quoted $300K and a 9-month roadmap, or wants to be a co-founder, or wants to use it as a portfolio project. None of those are what you need.
What you need is someone who has built before, will own the work, and ships in weeks, not seasons. That’s the engagement we run.
What we actually do
We do product development the way an operator builds — narrow scope, fast loop, real ship.
- Concept-to-MVP — clarified scope, working prototype in 2-4 weeks, real users on it inside 6.
- Full product builds — apps, SaaS tools, internal software, ops platforms, customer portals.
- Modern web stack — Next.js / Astro / React Native + TypeScript + Postgres + Vercel + Redis where it earns its keep.
- AI-native by default — Claude / OpenAI / Anthropic APIs baked into the architecture, not bolted on.
- Hand-off documentation — so an in-house team can own the codebase later if that’s the plan.
Where this fits
This is the BUILD pillar’s deeper engagement. Often follows Research (to validate the bet) or AI & Automation (when a workflow becomes a real product). Pairs with Advisory & Partnership when the build becomes a venture.
A mini case
A home-services company wanted a custom dispatch + customer-comms tool that off-the-shelf SaaS couldn’t handle. We scoped the MVP in week one, shipped a working version in 6 weeks, and had 14 of their field crew using it daily by week 10. ~$2.4M in scheduling friction removed in the first year.
Who this is for
Operators with an idea they’re serious about. We’re not the right call for explore-mode or “what if we built an app?” conversations — that lives in Research. We are the right call when you’re ready to ship.
“We ship products. The proof is that we're shipping our own.”
